Fourth personal development workshop in Dublin -

The Fourth Workshop for Polish Jobseekers Community in Ireland was organized by Jacek Lacina (Leader and founder of jobseekersite.info - POMOC BEZROBOTNYM)
With the support of:
1. Local Government College in Żyrardów (Poland) Faculty of Economics in Dublin
2. The Polish Social and Cultural Centre in Dublin


Executive summary: On the 10th September 2011 Mr Jacek Lacina (founder of the  jobseekersite.info- POMOC BEZROBOTNYM) designed, lead and delivered a fourth workshop. The aim of the event was to promote the personal development. The event took place in 20 Fitzwilliam Place Dublin 2. The objective was to help polish jobseekers in the fight against unemployment by:
1)    Promoting continuous professional development (including program Jobbridge and Springboard)
2)    Giving real life examples of success started form the bottom.
3)    Motivation and coaching class with use of wheel of life method
4)    How to start your own business in Ireland?
5)    Communication skills training
6)    Career coaching and CV, CL preparation workshop

Jacek Lacina was the course principle instructor. He invited the following guest speakers:
-    Psychologies
-    life and business coachs
-    PhD qualified collage lecturer
-    Accountants and Media

Event team members:
-Joanna Kuklicz, Marcin Czechowicz, Barbara Chmura (forum Pomoc Bezrobotnym)
-Ania Witowska, założycielka Kobiecego Punktu Widzienia  www.kobiecypunktwidzenia.com.
-Julita Jaroszuk (POSK),
-Zuzanna Żelazny (psycholog, psychoterapeuta www.psychologyhub.eu),
-Iwona Mroczek (Life and Business Coach)

-dr Jarosław Płachecki Dean of the Faculty of Economics in Dublin   

Conclusions: Over 50 people took part in the workshop. The event was well received with positive feedback from 92% of participants. Jacek Lacina was the course principle instructor and his event gained a lot of support in the Polish community in Ireland. The event was also covered by the Polish Media.

Jacek Lacina officially launches and present the richness of knowledge recorded on new website for jobseekers:  www.jobseekersite.info. The site is in two languages Polish and English. The Polish version is fully developed and the English version is under development. The mission of the website is became a compass for jobseekers in Ireland, gathering relevant information under key area listed below:

•    Personal development
•    Self employment
•    Volonuntary work
•     Social welfare
